PTE Academic Exam
The PTE (Pearson Test of English) is an English language proficiency test that is accepted by universities, colleges, and governments around the world as proof of English language proficiency.
The PTE exam consists of four sections: speaking, writing, reading and listening. The exam is taken on a computer, and scores are reported on a scale from 10-90. The PTE exam takes approximately 2 hours to complete.
The PTE exam is scored using a computerized algorithm that evaluates your performance on each section of the exam. Scores range from 10-90, with higher scores indicating a higher level of English language proficiency. PTE exam scores are typically available within 48 hours of completing the exam.

Speaking Module
The Speaking Read Aloud section is part of the Speaking module of the PTE exam. In this section, you will be presented with a passage of text and asked to read it aloud as accurately and clearly as possible. You will have approximately 30-40 seconds to prepare for each passage, and then 30-40 seconds to read the passage aloud. The Speaking Read Aloud section is scored based on your ability to read the passage accurately and clearly, as well as your pronunciation, intonation, and overall speaking skills.
The Speaking Repeat Sentence section is part of the Speaking module of the PTE exam. In this section, you will be presented with a sentence and asked to repeat it exactly as you hear it. You will have approximately 3-9 seconds to prepare for each sentence, and then you will hear the sentence and have to repeat it immediately.
The Speaking Describe Image section is part of the Speaking module of the PTE exam. In this section, you will be presented with an image, such as a graph, chart, or diagram, and asked to describe it. You will have approximately 25 seconds to prepare for each image, and then 40 seconds to describe the image.
The Speaking Retell Lecture section is part of the Speaking module of the PTE exam. In this section, you will listen to a lecture or presentation and then retell it in your own words. You will have approximately 15 seconds to prepare for each lecture, and then 40 seconds to retell the lecture.
The Speaking Short Answer section is part of the Speaking module of the PTE exam. In this section, you will hear a short question and you will have to provide a brief answer. You will have 10 seconds to speak your answer after listening the question.
Listening Module
The Listening Single Answer section is part of the Listening module of the PTE exam. In this section, you will listen to an audio clip of a conversation or lecture and select the correct answer to a multiple-choice question based on the information presented in the audio.

The Writing Essay section is part of the Writing module of the PTE exam. In this section, you will be given a prompt or a topic and you will have to write an essay expressing your opinion or point of view on the topic. You will have 20 minutes to write the essay.
